3 eetlepels olie
400 gr varkenshaas in plakjes
2 grofgesneden uien
3 theelepels paprikapoeder
1/4-1/2 theelepel cayennepeper
1 eetlepel tomatenpuree
450 gr voorgekookte krieltjes in blokjes
1 eetlepel fijngesneden bonenkruid
1 theelepel fijngesneden marjolein
300 gr snijbonen in stukjes
1 rode paprika in reepjes

Verhit de olie in een braadpan.
Bak de plakjes vlees 5 minuten en schep het vlees uit de pan.
Bak de ui 5 minuten in de achtergebleven olie.
Voeg het paprikapoeder, de cayennepeper en de tomatenpuree toe en bak ze 1
minuut mee.
Voeg de krieltjes, het bonenkruid, de marjolein, de snijbonen, de paprika en 2
dl water toe en laat 10-15 minuten stoven.
Doe het vlees in de pan terug en warm het nog 5 minuten mee.
