1 1/2-2 kg aardappelen
500 gr speklappen
2 uien
2 theelepels majoraan
2 theelepels bonenkruid
2 theelepels nootmuskaat
2 theelepels zout
1 theelepel peper
100 gr gerookt spek

Schil de aardappelen, snijd ze klein en draai ze door de gehaktmolen of
pureer ze in een keukenmachine.
Kook het vlees 20 minuten in bouillon.
Draai het dan met de kleingesnipperde uien door de gehaktmolen en schep
dit mengsel door de aardappelmassa.
Voeg de kruiden toe, meng alles goed door elkaar en voeg wat van de
vleesbouillon toe.
Snijd de speklapjes in reepjes en braad die in een koekenpan aan.
Voeg dan de aardappelmassa toe en laat alles langzaam garen.
Als de massa glad is, is ze gaar.
Lekker met zuurkool.
