4 varkenslappen á 100 gr of 4 varkenskarbonades á 125 gr
3 gr zout
100 gr boter
(knoflook)
250 gr abrikozen of 3 zure handappels
2 uien
± 1 dl bouillon
1 eetlepel ketjap
2 eetlepels tomatenketchup
(maïzena)

Zout het vlees en bak het in de hete boter bruin.
Week de abrikozen of maak de appels schoon en snijd ze in plakken.
Bak de schoongemaakte gesnipperde uien glazig.
Leg het gebakken vlees in een beboterde, eventueel met knoflook ingewreven
vuurvaste schaal, bedek het met de ui en met de abrikozen of de appel en
overgiet met een mengsel van de bouillon, de ketjap en de
tomatenketchup.
Laat het gerecht, afgedekt met aluminiumfolie, midden in een vrij hete
oven (200°C) in 1/2 uur gaar worden.
Bind de saus desgewenst met aangemengde maïzena bij.
