500 gr varkenslappen
zout, peper, gemberpoeder
20 gr boter
2 eetlepels slaolie
1 ui
1 prei
1 groene paprika
2 teentjes knoflook
1 zure handappel
5 nootjes gember
2 dl bouillon
1 eetlepel gembersiroop
2 eetlepels ketjap

Snijd het vlees in repen, bestrooi het met zout, peper en gemberpoeder en
bak het in de boter in 5 minuten lichtbruin.
Fruit de schoongemaakte en gesnipperde ui, de in ringen gesneden prei, de
in stukjes gesneden paprika en de geperste knoflook in de hete olie
lichtbruin.
Maak de appel schoon en snijd hem in blokjes.
Snijd de nootjes gember klein.
Voeg alle ingrediënten bij het vlees en laat het gerecht op laag vuur
(of in een vuurvaste schaal, afgedekt met aluminiumfolie, midden in een op
200°C voorverwarmde oven) in 15 minuten gaar worden.
