1 pak diepvriesspinazie van 300 gr
1 grote ui
3 eetlepels olie
1 kopje rijst
100 gr ham
100 gr geraspte kaas
zout, peper

Laat de spinazie ontdooien.
Pel en snipper de ui.
Doe de olie in een braad- of hapjespan en laat hem op hoog vuur goed heet
worden.
Zet het vuur dan wat lager, doe de ui in de pan en bak hem 3 minuten.
Doe de rijst erbij, bak hem 1 minuut mee en roer dan de spinazie en 2
kopjes water door de rijst.
Leg het deksel op de pan en laat de spinazierijst op matig vuur, onder af
en toe roeren, in 25 minuten zachtjes gaar worden.
Snijd de ham in reepjes en roer die met de geraspte kaas door de gare
rijst.
Warm alles goed door, zodat de kaas kan smelten en proef even.
Breng de groene rijst op smaak met zout en peper.
