50 gr magere spekblokjes
200 gr hamlappen
1 eetlepel goulashkruiden
1 eetlepel olijfolie
1 ui
1 rode paprika
250 gr wijnzuurkool
1 dl droge witte wijn
2 eetlepels crème fraîche
zout, peper

Bak de spekblokjes in een braadpan zachtjes uit.
Snijd intussen de hamlappen in kleine blokjes en strooi er de
goulashkruiden over.
Voeg de olie aan het spekvet toe en schep het vlees erdoor.
Bak het vlees in ± 4 minuten bruin.
Snipper intussen de ui en de paprika en bak deze ± 2 minuten met
het vlees mee.
Schep de zuurkool en de wijn door het vlees en stoof de goulash in
± 15
minuten zachtjes gaar.
Roer de crème fraîche erdoor en breng op smaak met zout en
peper.
Lekker met aardappelpuree.
