Voor de marinade:
1 eierdopje (50 gr) olie
1 eierdopje azijn
1 eierdopje ketjap manis
1 eetlepel (bruine basterd)suiker
1 mespunt sambal (oelek)
zout, peper

En verder:
400 gr varkensfilet in blokjes
2 dl tomatenketchup
2 dl chilisaus
1-2 potjes atjar tjampoer
olie om in te bakken

Maak de marinade van de olie, azijn, ketjap, sambal, suiker, zout en peper
en leg het gesneden vlees erin.
Laat dit minstens 2 uur in de koelkast staan.
Laat de atjar uitlekken.
Maak een mengsel van de ketchup en de chilisaus.
Bak het vlees met de marinade in de olie en voeg er, als dit gaar is, het
ketchup-chilisausmengsel bij.
Verdeel de atjar over de bodem van een grote schaal en schep het vlees met
de saus erop.
Geef er rijst bij.
