500 gr bami
200 gr varkensfricandeau
4 teentjes knoflook
1 ui
1 prei
1/2 spitskool
2 eetlepels ketjap manis
1/2 bos selderij
2 mespunten zout
1 dl olie
1 mespunt peper

Kook de bami in ruim kokend water met 1 theelepel zout gaar.
Giet de bami af, roer deze met de helft van de olie glad en laat
afkoelen.
Snijd het vlees in kleine blokjes en de prei en de spitskool in fijne
reepjes.
Hak de selderij.
Snijd de knoflook en de ui fijn en fruit ze in de rest van de olie
aan.
Voeg het vlees toe en laat dit met de prei garen.
Voeg er de afgekoelde bami aan toe en bak die op.
Doe er tenslotte de spitskool en de ketjap bij en breng de bami op smaak
met peper, zout en de gehakte selderij.
