500 gr varkensvlees
3 eetlepels suiker
1 teentje knoflook
peper
4 eetlepels ketjap
3 fijngehakte preien
2 eetlepels sesamzaadjes
1 theelepel gember (of 1 fijngehakt nootje)
2 theelepels olie om in te bakken

Rooster de sesamzaadjes ± 1 minuut in een droge hete koekenpan.
Snijd het vlees in blokjes en doe ze in een kom.
Roer er alle overige ingrediënten door en laat het dan een half uur
staan.
Bak het vlees daarna gaar en laat het met wat water even sudderen.
