2 ribkarbonades
zout, peper
1/2 eetlepel Franse mosterd
1 theelepel tijm
25 gr boter
1 sinaasappel
4 eetlepels cranberrycompote
2 eetlepels rode port
allesbinder

Bestrooi de karbonades met zout en peper.
Bestrijk ze met de mosterd en bestrooi ze met de tijm.
Verhit de boter in een koekenpan en bak de karbonades in ± 20
minuten aan beide kanten bruin en gaar.
Was intussen de sinaasappel en rasp de helft van de schil.
Pers de sinaasappel uit.
Verwarm het sap al roerend met de cranberrycompote en de port en bind de
saus licht met allesbinder.
Roer de sinaasappelrasp erdoor.
Leg de karbonades op 2 borden en schep de saus ernaast.
Serveer ze met roomaardappeltjes.
