2 schouderkarbonades
zout, peper
2 eetlepels olijfolie
1 teentje knoflook
1 theelepel Provençaalse kruiden
1 blikje stukjes gepelde tomaat (nettogewicht 400 gr)
1 dl rode wijn

Maak de ui, de wortel en de bleekselderij schoon en snijd ze klein.
Wrijf de schouderkarbonades in met zout en peper.
Verhit de olijfolie in een koekenpan en bak de karbonades in ± 5
minuten
aan beide kanten bruin.
Bak de groenten ± 2 minuten mee.
Pers de knoflook erboven uit.
Voeg de kruiden, de tomaten met vocht en de wijn toe en stoof de
karbonades met het deksel schuin op de pan in ±15 minuten zachtjes
gaar.
Lekker met gesmoorde venkel.
