4 varkensschnitzels
paprikapoeder, peper, zout
1 bakje champignons
1 kleine rode paprika
boter
1 theelepel citroensap
1 dl bouillon
1/4 liter slagroom
1 eetlepel gehakte peterselie

Bestrooi de schnitzels met peper, zout en paprikapoeder en bak ze in de
hete boter gaar.
Houd ze warm op een schaal.
Snijd de champignons in plakjes en de paprika in blokjes en fruit ze in de
achtergebleven boter.
Voeg het citroensap, de bouillon en de slagroom toe en laat het mengsel
enkele minuten pruttelen.
Giet de saus over de schnitzels en strooi er peterselie over.
