500 gr mager varkensvlees
40 gr boter
1 gele paprika in reepjes
2 uien in grove ringen
30 gr bloem
1/2 liter bouillon (van tablet)
1 dl droge witte wijn
dragon
peper, zout
1/8 liter crème fraîche
500 gr doperwten

Snijd het vlees in dunne reepjes en braad het zacht in de boter.
Voeg de ui en de paprika toe en smoor ze enkele minuten mee.
Roer de bloem erdoor en giet er al roerend de bouillon en de wijn bij tot
een gebonden saus ontstaat.
Maak de saus af met crème fraîche, peper, zout en dragon en
laat het geheel nog ± 20 minuten zacht door stoven.
Voeg de laatste 5 minuten de doperwten toe.
