500 gr in kleine reepjes gesneden varkensvlees
2 grote fijngesneden uien
1 fijngesneden teentje knoflook
een snufje gemberpoeder (djahé)
trassie
zout, peper, nootmuskaat
sambal naar smaak
2 eetlepels ketjap
1/2 kopje water

Fruit de trassie, knoflook, uien, gember en sambal in wat slaolie.
Voeg, als de uien bruin zijn, de kruiden, de ketjap, het water en de
stukjes vlees toe en bak het vlees gaar.
Laat het geheel op een klein vuur sudderen tot het vocht is verdampt.
Roer er sambal naar smaak door.
