250 gr varkensvlees in blokjes
1 ui
2 preien
1 1/2 dl bouillon
1 bosje selderij
1 theelepel djahé
1/4 selderijknol (±a 150 gr)
2 eetlepels olie
200 gr champignons
1 theelepel suiker
100 gr taugé
1 eetlepel ketjap
4 worteltjes
2 eetlepels sherry
100 gr savooiekool
1 mespunt ve-tsin
zout

Zout het vlees licht en bak het in de olie langzaam bruin.
Fruit na ± 10 minuten de gesnipperde uien en djahé heel even
mee.
Laat de schoongemaakte en gewassen groenten goed uitlekken.
Snijd de selderijknol in blokjes.
Halveer de preien en in snijd ze in reepjes.
Snijd de champignons in plakjes.
Snipper de kool.
Snijd de worteltjes in plakjes.
Doe de prei, de selderijknol, de worteltjes en de savooiekool bij het
vlees in de pan en laat alles 5 minuten door bakken.
Bak dan de champignons, de taugé en de gesneden selderij even
mee.
Voeg de bouillon, suiker, ketjap, sherry en ve-tsin toe en laat zachtjes
smoren tot de groenten gaar zijn.
Als er veel vocht is, kunt u dit met wat maïzena binden.
Serveer met rijst, mie of mihoen.
