500 gr varkenspoelet
2 uien
2 aardappelen
peterselie
1 wortel
1/2 liter bouillon
100 gr katenspek
1 stengel prei
een stukjes bloemkool
1 stengel bleekselderij
peper, zout, nootmuskaat

Leg de Römertopf minstens 20 minuten van tevoren in koud water.
Snijd het spek in blokjes en bak die uit.
Schil de aardappelen en snijd ze in dobbelsteentjes.
Knip de peterselie fijn.
Was en snijd de groenten.
Doe alle ingrediënten in de Römertopf en giet de bouillon
erbij.
Sluit de Römertopf en zet haar in een koude oven.
Stel de oven in op 240°C en laat alles in ± 80 minuten gaar
worden.
Dien het gerecht heet op en serveer het met een frisse tomaten- of
komkommersla.
