bouillonpoeder
6 eetlepels koude melk
8 eetlepels room
4 eetlepels witte wijn

Laat de Römertopf minstens 15 min in koud water weken.
Zout de reebout licht.
Leg 4 plakken spek op de bodem van de Römertopf, verdeel de helft van
de ui hierover en leg er de reebout op.
Verdeel er dan de rest van de gesneden ui, de overige 4 plakken spek, de
met
het laurierblad en de kruidnagels bestoken ui en de gekneusde
jeneverbessen over.
Zet de Römertopf in een koude oven, stel de oven in op 250°C en
braad de reebout in ± 3 uur gaar.
Zeef het braadvocht in een sauspan en maak er met de bouillon, het
bouillonpoeder, de melk, de room en de witte wijn een saus van.
