200 gr in blokjes gesneden Kernhemse kaas
3 'maatjes' haringen
100 gr garnalen
4 eetlepels opgeklopte crème fraîche
1 eetlepel mayonaise
enkele druppels worcestershiresaus
1 eetlepel tomatenketchup
1 eetlepel sherry
zwarte en met piment gevulde olijven

Vermeng de kaas met de gefileerde en in plakjes gesneden haringen en voeg
er de garnalen aan toe.
Meng de crème fraîche met de mayonaise, de
worcestershiresaus, de tomatenketchup en de sherry.
Vul 4 glazen met deze vissalade en schenk er de saus over uit.
Zet de salade 1 uur koel weg en garneer met zwarte en in plakjes gesneden
gevulde olijven.
Serveer koel met toast en boerenboter.
