450 gr spinazie
1 middelgrote rodekool
1 middelgrote ui
100 gr abrikozen
6 eetlepels slasaus
50 gr geroosterde zonnebloempitten

Was de spinazie en laat goed uitlekken.
Verwijder de buitenste bladeren van de rodekool, snijd de stronk weg en
snijd de kool fijn.
Snijd de ui in dunne ringen en de abrikozen in dunne reepjes.
Scheur de spinazieblaadjes in iets kleinere stukken en leg ze op een
schaal.
Voeg de gesneden kool, ui en abrikoos toe.
Schenk de slasaus over de salade en meng alles goed door elkaar.
Bestrooi met de zonnebloempitten en serveer.

Tip: Week de gedroogde abrikozen van tevoren in wat vruchtensap.
