1 struikje witlof
1 kleine avocado
1 plak achterham van 50 gr
2 eetlepels Yogonaise
1 theelepel cajunkruiden
zout, peper
2 blaadjes lollo rosso

Maak van het struikje witlof 6 mooie bladeren los en leg die ± 5
minuten in koud water.
Schil de avocado en snijd het vruchtvlees in kleine blokjes.
Snijd ook de ham in blokjes.
Schep in een kom de avocado, de ham, de Yogonaise en de cajunkruiden door
elkaar en breng de salade op smaak met zout en peper.
Was de blaadjes lollo rosso, sla ze goed uit en snijd ze in dunne
reepjes.
Verdeel de slareepjes over 2 bordjes.
Vul de witlofblaadjes met de salade en zet de schuitjes op de bordjes.
Geef er toast bij.
