250 gr winterwortel
1 bosuitje
1 eetlepel citroensap
1/2 dl medium dry sherry
1 mespunt Dijonmosterd
1 theelepel suiker
3 eetlepels zonnebloemolie
1 theelepel sesamolie
zout, peper
1 eetlepel fijngeknipte verse koriander

Maak de wortels schoon en rasp ze boven een schaal grof.
Maak het bosuitje schoon en snijd het in flinterdunne ringetjes.
Klop het citroensap, de sherry, de mosterd, de suiker, de zonnebloemolie
en de sesamolie tot een sausje en breng het op smaak met zout en
peper.
Schep het sausje, de bosui en de koriander door de geraspte wortel.
Laat de salade ± 15-30 minuten staan, zodat de smaken kunnen
intrekken.
