peper, zout
2 tomaten
8 ansjovisfilets
24 zwarte olijven
16 grote kappertjes
1 takje verse rozemarijn
2 eetlepels peterselie
goudsbloemblaadjes

Kook of stoom de prei gaar en marineer de stengels in de olijfolie, de
wijnazijn, de mosterd, peper en zout.
Schil de tomaten, verwijder de zaadjes en snijd het vruchtvlees in
blokjes.
Snijd de ansjovisfilets in stukjes.
Verdeel de tomaten, de ansjovis, de olijven, de kappertjes en de
preistengels over de borden en bestrooi met de fijngesneden rozemarijn,
peterselie en goudsbloemblaadjes.
