100 gr dungeschaafde rodekool
2 eetlepels zout
2 eetlepels olijfolie
1/2 eetlepel witte wijnazijn
1 theelepel appellimonadesiroop
versgemalen peper
2 plakken bloedworst á 50 gr
20 gr boter
25 gr appelchips

Bestrooi de rodekool met het zout en laat hem 15 minuten staan.
Spoel het zout onder de koude kraan van de kool af en laat de kool goed
uitlekken.
Meng de kool goed met de olijfolie en voeg de azijn, de siroop en flink
wat peper toe.
Snijd de plakken bloedworst elk in 6 puntjes.
Smelt de boter en bak de bloedworstpuntjes hierin aan beide kanten
krokant.
Verdeel de rodekoolsalade over 2 bordjes, leg de bloedworst erop en strooi
er de appelchips over.
