2 blaadjes witte gelatine
1 sjalotje
1 1/2 theelepel shoarmakruiden
1 eetlepel boter
2 sharonfruits
2 eetlepels Calvados
3/4 dl slagroom
50 gr waterkers
1 eetlepel (sherry- of appel)azijn
1 theelepel groene kruidenmosterd
2 eetlepels olie
1 theelepel sesamolie
2 eetlepels pijnboompitten

Week de gelatine.
Snipper het sjalotje.
Fruit het sjalotje en de shoarmakruiden in de boter.
Was de sharonfruits, snijd 1 sharonfruit in 12 partjes en de andere in
stukjes.
Pureer de stukjes sharonfruit met het sjalotmengsel.
Verwarm de Calvados en los er de uitgeknepen blaadjes gelatine in op.
Roer het gelatinemengsel door de sharonfruitpuree.
Klop de slagroom stijf en spatel de puree er luchtig door.
Laat de mousse in de koelkast opstijven.
Was de waterkers.
Klop de azijn, de mosterd, de olie en de sesamolie tot een sausje.
Rooster de pijnboompitten.
Schep de waterkers door het sausje, verdeel dit over 2 bordjes en schep in
het midden een grote bol sharonfruitmousse.
Garneer met de partjes sharonfruit en de pijnboompitten.
