500 gr kleine aardappelen
4 jalapeñopepers, zaad verwijderd en in lange reepjes gesneden
het sap van 1 limoen
zout
1/4 kop geroosterde sesamzaden
1 theelepel kurkumapoeder
1 theelepel komijnzaadjes
2 hele gedroogde chilipepers
3 theelepels graanolie of mosterdolie
1/8 liter water
1/2 kop versgehakte koriander

Kook de aardappelen in de schil, haal de schil eraf en snijd ze in kleine
stukjes.
Vermeng de aardappelen met de kurkuma, het zout, de sesamzaden, het
limoensap, de helft van de koriander en het water.
Meng goed.
Verhit de mosterdolie in een klein pannetje, voeg de komijnzaadjes en de
rode chili toe, bak ze goudbruin en voeg dan de jalapeñopepers toe
en laat nog een minuutje bakken.
Giet dit mengsel over de aardappelen en meng grondig.
Garneer met de rest van de verse koriander.
