250 gr Lassie toverrijst
zout, water
4 eetlepels halfvolle mayonaise
peper
3 tomaten in partjes
1 gele paprika in reepjes
1/2 potje zwarte olijven zonder pit
4 eetlepels grofgehakte peterselie
150 gr gekookte ham in reepjes

Kook de rijst in lichtgezouten water volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing
gaar.
Klop de mayonaise door de nog warme rijst en laat de rijst iets
afkoelen.
Meng er de partjes tomaat, de reepjes paprika, de olijven en de peterselie
door.
Laat de smaken enige tijd intrekken.
Schep vlak voor het serveren de ham door de salade en dien de salade op
met eventueel nog wat extra olijfolie.
