Snijd het vruchtvlees van 1 rode paprika in kleine blokjes.
Klop een dressing van 6 eetlepels Maleise roerbakolie, 2 eetlepels
fijngehakte bakgember, 2 eetlepels sinaasappelsap, peper en zout.
Kook 250 gr in schuine stukjes gesneden boswortelen 5 minuten in water met
zout.
Schep de dressing erdoor en laat afkoelen.
Schep er vlak voor het serveren de paprika, 200 gr zalmsnippers en 75 gr
alfalfa door.
Garneer met 3 eetlepels grofgeknipte bieslook.
Lekker met een gepofte aardappel.

Variaties:
- Vervang de worteltjes door 200 gr in reepjes gesneden rauw andijvie.
Lekker met een meergranenbol.
- Vervang de worteltjes door 250 gr vieren gesneden aardbeien en 4 in
reepjes gesneden bosuitjes.
Lekker met een warme tortilla.
