125 gr taugé
250 gr tomaten
250 gr rettich
1 eetlepel tomatenketchup
2 eetlepels witte wijnazijn
zout, peper, nootmuskaat
tabasco
5 eetlepels olie
1/2 bosje peterselie

Was de taugé en laat in een zeef uitlekken.
Was de tomaten en snijd ze in plakjes.
Schil de rettich met een dunschiller en snijd hem in plakjes.
Leg afwisselend de plakjes tomaat en rettich op een bord en verdeel de
taugé hierover.
Roer de tomatenketchup met de azijn los en breng op smaak met zout, peper,
tabasco en nootmuskaat.
Klop de olie door het sausje en schep het over de tomatensalade.
Serveer de salade bestrooid met gehakte peterselie.
