100 gr jonge spinazie
4 worteltjes
250 gr kleine aardbeien
200 gr Magor-kaas
4 eetlepels olijfolie
1 eetlepel balsamico-azijn
zout, peper uit de molen
een schaal

Was de spinazie en dep de blaadjes voorzichtig droog.
aak de worteltjes schoon en schaaf ze in plakjes.
Maak de aardbeien schoon en halveer ze.
Verkruimel de Magor.
Verdeel de spinazie, de wortelplakjes, de aardbeien en de Magor over een
mooie schaal en schenk er de olie en de azijn over.
Bestrooi met wat zout en flink wat grof gemalen peper.
