8 blaadjes eikebladsla
100 gr ezelsoren of waterkers
100 gr (grot)champignons
12 kerstomaatjes
1 sjalotje
4 eetlepels notenolie
2 eetlepels bouillon
3 eetlepels wijnazijn
zout, versgemalen peper
200 gr wildzwijnham in plakjes
1 eetlepel gehakte bieslook

Maak alle slasoorten schoon en sla ze droog.
Veeg de champignons schoon.
Halveer de kerstomaatjes.
Hak het sjalotje zeer fijn.
Roer een dressing van 3 eetlepels notenolie, 2 eetlepels bouillon en 3
eetlepels wijnazijn, zout en peper.
Verdeel de sla en de kerstomaatjes over 4 borden en leg de plakjes
wildzwijnham erop.
Schenk 1 eetlepel notenolie in een pan en fruit hierin het sjalotje
glazig.
Voeg de champignons toe en roerbak ze ± 1 minuut mee.
Voeg de dressing toe en verhit die even mee.
Verdeel de champignons over de ham en strooi het bieslook erover.
