225 gr broccoli in roosjes
100 gr champignons
100 gr ananas
4 eetlepels maïs
4-6 eetlepels slasaus
1 pakje gerookte tahoe in blokjes

Overgiet de broccoliroosjes met kokend water en laat ze 5 minuten
staan.
Veeg de champignons met een schone doek af en snijd ze in plakjes.
Snijd de ananas in kleine stukjes.
Doe de broccoli, champignons, ananas en maïs samen met de slasaus in
een
grote schaal en meng alles zorgvuldig door elkaar.
Schep de salade in aparte schaaltjes en verdeel er de blokjes tahoe
over.
Serveer direct.

Tip: Als u gewone tahoe gebruikt, kunt u die eerst enkele uren marineren
in een mengsel van gelijke delen Japanse sojasaus en olijfolie, 1
uitgeperst teentje knoflook en 1 theelepel versgeraspte gember.
