1/2 theelepel suiker
1 eetlepel fijngehakte basilicum
6 eetlepels (olijf)olie
100 gr gekookte ossetong in plakjes
1 klein kropje lollo bianco (groene krulsla)

Hak de kappertjes en het bosuitje fijn, meng ze met de mosterd, de azijn,
de suiker en de basilicum en blijf roeren tot de suiker is opgelost.
Voeg de olie toe en roer tot alles goed is gemengd.
Leg de plakjes ossetong in een schaal, verdeel de vinaigrette erover en
laat de tong zo 10 minuten staan.
Was en droog de lollo bianco.
Verdeel de lollo bianco over 2 borden en leg de plakjes tong met de
vinaigrette erop.
