100 gr kipfilet in reepjes
1/2 groene kool
1 1/2 eetlepel ketjap
1 1/2 eetlepel wijnazijn
1 eetlepel sherry
1/2 eetlepel gembersiroop
een klein teentje knoflook
125 gr champignons in plakjes
1 eetlepel olie
klein stukje gember, geraspt
1/2 rode paprika in blokjes
125 gr gepelde garnalen

Kook de kipfilet in water met zout in ± 10 minuten gaar.
Verwijder de buitenste donkere bladeren van de kool en snijd de rest in
dunne reepjes.
Maak een sausje van de ketjap, azijn, sherry, gembersiroop en uitgeperste
knoflook, verwarm dit even en schenk het over de champignons.
Verhit de olie in een braadpan of wok, bak de gember ± 1 minuten en
bak
de reepjes kool omscheppend ± 5 minuten mee.
Snijd de gare kipfilet in reepjes.
Vermeng de kool, paprika, garnalen, kipfilet, champignons en het sausje en
laat dit ± 10 minuten afkoelen.
Serveer met boerenbrood.

Ook te combineren met kruidensaus:
Klop 2 dl crème fraîche los met zout, peper en 1 theelepel
citroensap en roer er 3 eetlepels fijngehakte kruiden, zoals peterselie,
tijm, kervel, marjolein, bieslook en eventueel knoflook door..
