1 blikje tonijn au naturel
4 vleestomaten
1 courgette
zout
4 eetlepels magere yoghurt
4 eetlepels slasaus
peper
1 theelepel mosterd
1 teentje knoflook
dille

Laat de tonijn uitlekken en bewaar het vocht.
Verdeel de vis in stukken.
Snijd de tomaten in partjes en de courgette in niet te dunne plakken.
Bestrooi de tomaten en courgette met wat zout.
Meng de tomaten, courgette en tonijn door elkaar.
Maak een saus van het visvocht, de yoghurt, slasaus, peper, mosterd,
fijngeperste knoflook en wat kleingehakt dillegroen.
Schep de saus door de salade en garneer met toefjes dille.
