225 gr gerookte zalm
1 eetlepel + 1 theelepel geraspte mierikswortel (potje)
1 1/2 dl double cream of crème fraîche
4 theelepels citroensap
2 1/2 eetlepel fijngesneden bieslook
zout, peper

Verwijder van de witlof de harde kern.
Hak 1 stronkje witlof en de zalm grof.
Vermeng dit met 1 eetlepel mierikswortel, 3 eetlepels room, het citroensap
en de bieslook.
Klop de rest van de room stijf en roer er 1 theelepel mierikswortel
door.
Serveer de tartaar met een schepje room en de rest van de witlof.
