Hussel de losgeplukte, gewassen blaadjes van 1 krop krulandijvie
(saladefrisée), 250 gr in plakjes gesneden champignons, de
ontpitte, ontvelde partjes van 1 rode grapefruit, 1 in plakjes gesneden
avocado, 2 in ringetjes gesneden sjalotjes en 150 gr Hollandse garnalen
voorzichtig door elkaar.
Roer een slasausje van 1 1/2 eetlepel frambozenazijn, 6 eetlepels
notenolie, een snufje cayennepeper en wat zout.
Verdeel de salade 4 over kleine bordjes, giet er vlak voor het opdienen
het sausje over en bestrooi met fijngehakte peterselie en bieslook.
