6 champignons
2 eetlepels rode wijnazijn
1 theelepel honing
2 eetlepels olijfolie
2 theelepels verse tijmblaadjes
zout, versgemalen zwarte peper
1/2 klein kropje lollo rosso (rode krulsla)
50 gr veldsla
1 tomaat

Veeg de champignons schoon en snijd ze in dunne plakjes.
Klop in een kom de azijn, de honing, de olie, de tijm en zout en peper tot
een sausje.
Schep de champignons erdoor en laat ze ± 1/2 uur marineren.
Was de lollo rosso en sla de bladeren goed droog.
Was de veldsla, verwijder de worteltjes en laat de blaadjes in een vergiet
uitlekken.
Snijd de tomaat in stukjes.
Scheur de lollo rosso in stukjes, schep de lollo rosso, de veldsla en de
tomaat in een slaschaal door elkaar en schep er de champignons met het
sausje over.
