2 tomaten
1 bosje lente-uitjes, grof gesnipperd
1 eetlepel citroensap
1 eetlepel olijfolie
1/4 theelepel zout
1/4 theelepel versgemalen zwarte peper
1 eetlepel fijngehakte korianderblaadjes
25 gr geroosterde zoute pinda's, fijngehakt

Schil de komkommer en snijd hem in stukjes.
Snijd de tomaten in stukjes.
Doe de komkommer, tomaat en ui in een schaaltje.
Roer in een kommetje het citroensap, de olijfolie, peper, zout en de
korianderblaadjes door elkaar en houd dit mengsel apart.
Roer vlak voor het opdienen de pinda's en het sausje door de salade.

Variatie: Neem in plaats van citroensap 3 eetlepels yoghurt.
