100 gr Roquefort
2 eetlepels pijnboompitten
2 eetlepels rozijnen
4 eetlepels olijfolie 'Vierge'
2 eetlepels azijn
1 eetlepel rode port
1 koffielepel Provençaalse kruiden
peper, zout

Was de sla en snijd hem in dunne reepjes.
Was de tomaten, haal er de kroontjes uit en verdeel ze in acht
partjes.
Schil de komkommer en snijd het vruchtvlees in kleine blokjes.
Beleg 4 borden met de sla, verkruimel er de Roquefort over, verdeel de
pijnboompitten, de rozijnen en de komkommer erover en werk af met partjes
tomaat.
Vermeng zout en peper met de olijfolie en roer er de azijn, de port en de
Provençaalse kruiden door.
Dien de vinaigrette apart in een klein sauskarafje op.
