200 gr lollo rosso (rode sla)
1 eetlepel citroensap
1 eetlepel olijfolie
1/2 winterwortel (± 100 gr)
1/3 rettich (± 100 gr)
100 gr witte druiven
1 zakje walnoten (Baukje)
± 400 g rosbief van de vorige dag
6 eetlepels notensaus van de vorige dag
4 eetlepels yoghurt
4 takjes peterselie

Was de lollo rosso, maak hem schoon, sla hem uit, scheur hem in grove
stukken en verdeel hem over 4 borden.
Roer in een kopje de citroensap en de olijfolie door elkaar en sprenkel
dit Over de lollo rosso.
Maak de winterwortel schoon en rasp hem grof.
Maak de rettich schoon en snijd hem in dunne plakken.
Was de druiven, halveer ze en verwijder de pitjes.
Snijd de rosbief in dunne plakjes en rangschik de plakjes rosbief, de
wortel, de rettich, de druiven en de walnoten op de salade.
Roer in een kommetje de notensaus en de yoghurt door elkaar, knip de
peterselie erboven fijn en roer die erdoor.
Schep de dressing in het midden van de salade.
Lekker met volkorenbrood.
