1 stengel bleekselderij
50 gr blauwe druiven
25 gr walnoten
100 gr gerookte kipfilet
2 eetlepels Yogonaise
1/2 theelepel chilipoeder
zout, peper
1/4 kropje frisée sla

Schil de bleekselderij met een dunschiller en snijd de stengel in dunne
plakjes.
Was de druiven, halveer ze en verwijder de pitjes.
Hak de noten grof.
Snijd de kipfilet in blokjes.
Schep in een kom de Yogonaise, het chilipoeder, de kipfilet, de
bleekselderij en de helft van de druiven door elkaar.
Voeg naar smaak zout en peper toe.
Was de frisée.
Verdeel de frisée over 2 borden.
Schep de noten door de kipsalade.
Schep de salade op de frisée en garneer met de achtergehouden
druiven.
