300 gr hamlappen
1 banaan
2 schijven ananas
2 eetlepels rode kersen
100 gr champignons
1 blik asperges
1 theelepel pindakaas
zout en peper naar smaak
1 eetlepel tomatenketchup
paprikapoeder, citroensap en kerrie naar smaak
2 eetlepels mayonaise

Braad de hamlappen, laat ze afkoelen en snijd het vlees in kleine
stukjes.
Kook de in plakjes gesneden champignons 2 minuten.
Snijd de banaan in plakjes en de ananas in stukjes.
Schep het vlees, de ananas, de kersen, champignons, banaanplakjes en
asperges voorzichtig door elkaar.
Roer een sausje van de mayonaise met de pindakaas, tomatenketchup,
citroensap, peper, zout, paprikapoeder en kerrie, schep het sausje door de
salade en Garneer met wat achtergehouden kersen, ananas en asperges.
