1 liter groentebouillon
700 gr pompoen
het sap van 1 citroen
1 citroen in dunne schijfjes
100 gr crème fraîche
peper, zout

Voor de garnering:
2 eetlepels peterselie of verse koriander

Snijd de pompoen in 6-8 parten en verwijder de pitten en de
draden (kleinsnijden en schillen hoeft niet, als de pompoen
jong is).
Kook de stukken pompoen in 15-20 minuten in de bouillon gaar
en pureer de soep.
Zet de soep weer op en voeg naar smaak citroensap, peper, zout
en crème fraîche toe.
Garneer met peterselie en schijfjes citroen.
Serveer met stokbrood en kaas.
