1 1/2 liter instantbouillon
125 gr langkorrelrijst
1 prei
een stukje knolselderij
1/2 jonge bloemkool
4 jonge worteltjes
150 gr verse doperwtjes
50 gr kervel
peper, zout

Breng de bouillon met de rijst aan de kook, dek de pan af en
zet, zodra de bouillon kookt, het vuur lager.
Maak intussen de groenten schoon, snijd de prei in dunne
ringen en de knolselderij in stukjes.
Hak de geschilde worteltjes in blokjes en verdeel de bloemkool
in roosjes.
Dop de erwtjes.
Voeg de groenten na 10 minuten bij de bouillon en laat, zonder
deksel, nog 10 minuten zachtjes koken.
Snijd de topjes van de kervel, was ze, doe ze met een pollepel
bouillon in een kom en mix ze fijn.
Breng de soep op smaak met peper en zout en roer er de kervel
door.
Warm de soep nog even door, zonder haar te laten koken en dien
direct op.
