1 eetlepel boter
3 fijngesneden sjalotjes
1 uitgeperst teentje knoflook
400 gr verse spinazie in reepjes
1/2 liter kippenbouillon (van tablet)
2 dl slagroom
zout, peper
250 gr gerookte zalm in mooie lange reepjes
2 eetlepels fijngesneden dille

Bak de sjalot en de knoflook ± 5 minuten in de
boter.
Voeg de spinazie toe en laat die al omscheppend slinken.
Voeg de bouillon toe, breng de soep aan de kook en laat haar
op zacht vuur ± 15 minuten koken.
Pureer en zeef de soep.
Roer de slagroom en zout en peper door de soep.
Verwarm de soep goed en roer er de zalm en de dille door.
