250-300 gr verkruimelde mariabiscuitjes
100 gr gesmolten boter
350 gr bittere chocolade
500 gr verse roomkaas op kamertemperatuur
500 gr suiker
4 eieren
3 eetlepels cacao
2 theelepels vanille-essence
1/4 liter zure room of volvette yoghurt

Roer de boter door de biscuits en druk dit mengsel op de bodem en tegen de
zijkanten van een springvorm van 26 cm doorsnee uit.
Smelt de chocolade au bain-marie.
Roer de suiker door de roomkaas en klop er dan één voor
één de eieren door.
Roer tenslotte de cacao, de vanille-essence en de gesmolten chocolade door
de roomkaasmassa, schenk de massa in de biscuitbodem en laat de taart in
de koelkast enige uren opstijven.
