500 gr rabarber
75 gr suiker
1 zakje vanillesuiker
150 gr bloem
90 gr boter
75 gr suiker
1 losgeklopt ei

Snijd de rabarber in stukken van 1-2 cm, doe ze in een beboterde
ovenschaal en strooi er suiker en de vanillesuiker over.
Snijd in een kom de boter met 2 messen in kleine stukjes.
Doe de bloem en de suiker erbij, wrijf de boter fijn en vermeng het met de
rest tot een korrelige massa.
Strooi die over de rabarber en bestrijk de bovenkant met ei.
Zet de schaal ± 30 minuten in een op 225°C voorverwarmde
oven.
Serveer de taart warm met vanille-ijs.
