20 gr gepasteuriseerd eigeel
25 gr suiker
10 gr gelatine
75 gr Duvelbier
200 gr room
18 gr Gin
100 gr Duvelbier
2 gr gelatine
chocoladecake

Verwarm het eigeel met de suiker au bain-marie en klop tot het is
afgekoeld.
Los de gelatine in de Gin met wat Duvelbier op en voeg dit aan de eimassa
toe.
Sla de room op en voeg die toe.
Voeg dan het overige bier toe.
Bekleed vormpjes met chocoladecake en vul ze met de compositie.
Geleer ze af met de 100 gr Duvelbier waarin de 2 gr gelatine is opgelost.
