250 gr tomaten
1/2 dl droge sherry
1/2 vis- of kruidenbouillontablet
1/2 theelepel sesamolie
1 theelepel sojasaus
50 gr Noorse garnalen
4 takjes verse koriander

Snijd de tomaten in stukjes.
Breng in een pan 2 1/2 dl water met de stukjes tomaat, de
sherry en het bouillontablet aan de kook en kook de tomaten in
± 7 minuten zachtjes gaar.
Wrijf de tomatenbouillon boven een andere pan door een zeef en
breng de bouillon op smaak met sesamolie en sojasaus.
Voeg de garnalen toe en warm de bouillon goed door.
Schep de tomatenbouillon met de garnalen in 2 borden en knip
er de koriander boven fijn.
