2 bolletjes gember
25 gr boter
2 theelepels kerriepoeder
1 vleesbouillontablet
2 eetlepels gembersiroop
2 sneetjes witbrood
2 eetlepels geraspte oude kaas
25 gr Danablu

Pel en snipper de uien heel fijn.
Hak de bolletjes gember fijn.
Verhit de boter in een pan en bak de ui met de gember al
omscheppend bruin.
Bak het kerriepoeder ± 1 minuut mee.
Voeg 1/2 liter water, het bouillontablet en de gembersiroop
toe en laat de soep ± 10 minuten zachtjes koken.
Rooster de sneetjes brood en snijd ze in de maat van de
soepkommen.
Strooi de geraspte kaas op de sneetjes en verkruimel de
Danablu erboven.
Schep de soep in 2 ovenvaste soepkommen en leg de sneetjes
brood erin.
Schuif de kommen onder de voorverwarmde grill en laat de kaas
in ± 3 minuten smelten.
